Learn how to draw faces

Faces are a classic, exciting motif. Like a story, you can draw a figure using lines and shadows. Tiny small changes and shifts change the whole expression That's why I love portrait drawing so much, and I never get tired. Drawing can be both relaxing and edifying for your senses. You become in a completely new way aware of lines and how shapes create shadows and how different you can interpret this with a pencil. Do you also want to learn to draw faces? It's not as difficult as you might think. In my workshop we go through how to place eyes nose and mouth, how to think with neck and ears. You learn simple basic forms for building eyes, nose and mouth, and how to create volume so that it does not feel flat. You will learn to build on with shadows to create your personal expression. You do not need any previous experience.
