In the workshop we elicit glimpses of this potential, through mindfulness exercises, painting, music and easy exercises in letting go of performance. Karin Bergdahl, esteemed workshop leader, also artist and sociologist, works from a holistic, tantric approach and has more than 25 years of experience working with group processes. The workshop can be booked as an activity during the conference day or as a longer arrangement with recurring elements. We tailor based on your wishes.
